Our Community
LakePort is a residential community of approximately 188 homes. The HOA works to preserve property values, support neighborhood standards, maintain shared areas, and promote a connected community.
The board communicates with residents, oversees common-area services, coordinates events, manages association finances, and supports enforcement of community covenants.
