Before submitting
Review the LakePort covenants and obtain written approval before beginning exterior work requiring HOA review.
- Describe the project clearly.
- Include dimensions, colors, materials, and location.
- Provide drawings, photographs, surveys, or contractor details as applicable.
- Do not begin work until written approval is received.
Examples include fences, sheds, decks, exterior paint, roofing, major landscaping, additions, and driveway changes.
